MyChart: Your Secure Online Health Connection
As an Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center patient, you can quickly and easily access your personal health records anywhere you have Internet access.
With MyChart, our online patient portal, you have personalized and secure access to portions of your medical records to help you manage and receive information about your health. You can:
- View test results: No more waiting for a letter or phone call! You can see your lab and imaging test results and doctors’ comments within days.
- Request prescription refills: Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications.
- Communicate with your doctor: Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.
- Manage your appointments. Schedule your next appointment or view details of your past and upcoming appointments.

How to enroll in MyChart
It’s simple. The next time you visit your Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center physician, just ask the front desk staff about enrolling in MyChart. We’ll give you a personal activation code.
Then go to MyChart, click SIGN UP NOW on the right and follow the prompts to enroll. That’s it!
